The location of the hotel was quite convenient, as it was close to the city center and within walking distance or a cheap Uber drive away. the hotel was located on a quiet street, providing a peaceful environment for guests. There were also positive comments regarding the comfortable beds, consistent hot water in the showers, and functioning air conditioning in the rooms.
There were some negative comments regarding the poor service at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped with a nice TV, good AC, and free toiletries and towels. The hotel also has an elevator, which was convenient. We were able to change our currency here for a good rate, and the breakfast was delicious, with Vietnamese bread, egg, coffee. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Ben Thanh Square, the bus station, and even a McDonald's on Pham Ngu Lao street. We couldn't have asked for a better place in such a central location.
